# Global Settings

Global setting allows to an administrator customize certain aplication functions such as:

## **Audit Logs authorization**

**Extend with Group Authorization** - Users can see MAC address changes of users in the same AD group. This allows that users can see MAC address changes of their teammates.

## **Live Log settings**

**Live log preserved days limit** - Specifies number of days which extends the Live Log history. Number 1 means that Live Log will contain logs from today and yesterday. **Live log preserved records limit** - Maximum count of records (in millions) in the Live Log database.

          Live Log purge

          

Live logs are purged based on day limit or count limit, whichever condition matches first. If the count of records is high. Live Logs might be purged before it matches the day limit.

## **Maintenance settings**

**Logs history preserved days** - Specifies mumber of days which Audit, SSH and Compliance logs will be stored.
